M 2: Navigating Change & Ambiguity
The second course in the MANAGE sub-program.
The Conflict Resolution Skills for Leaders program is comprised of three sub-programs:
- PREVENT
- MANAGE
- RESOLVE
This course will explore three primary models and several additional strategies to help you lead effectively during times of uncertainty and change.
Key Objectives and Outcomes:
- Learn how to apply the principles of navigation to managing change
- Understand how to identify and support others through the three phases of transition
- Discern how to speak to your audience without alienating others from whom you need support
What is Included
Each training module in this course consists of an engaging video presentation that overviews a key concept or skill. Each video has an accompanying PDF resource page for reflection. All PDFs can be downloaded and printed.
The course is capped off with a "Call to Action" video that challenges you to immediately apply and practice these new concepts and skills.
